식사 메뉴 (Meal Menu)
물 냉면 (Korean Cold Buckwheat Noodles)
Mul Naengmyeon. Cold buckwheat noodles boiled and served in chilled beef soup. It is garnished with radish kimchi and egg and seasoned with mustard and vinegar upon your choice.
비빔 냉면 (Spicy Buckwheat Noodles & Vegetable Mix)
Bibim Naengmyeon. Cold buckwheat noodles boiled and then mixed with a variety of vegetables and Korean spicy seasonings.
순두부 찌개 (Korean Tofu Stew)
Sundubu Jjigae. Soft tofu stew made with extra soft and mild tofu, fermented soybean paste or a hot pepper paste. It will be served with Korean side-dishes.
육개장 (Korean Spicy Beef Soup)
Yukgaejang. Spicy-hot soup made by simmering with beef brisket seasoned with red-pepper powder, garlic, soy sauce, oil, and black pepper. It will be served with Korean side-dishes including cooked rice.

돌솥 비빔밥 (Cooked Rice on a Hot Stone Pot)
Cooked rice served in a sizzling hot stone pot. The crispy rice at the bottom with various toppings of vegetables and red pepper paste sauce (gochujang). It will be served with a soup.
갈비탕 (Korean Beef-Rib Stew)
Galbitang. Beef rib soup made by boiling short beef ribs with Korean traditional seasonings for long hours. It will be served with Korean accompaniments including kkaktugi (diced radish kimchi), kimchi, and cooked rice.
된장찌개 (Korean Soybean Paste Stew)
Fermented soybean paste soup made by simmering with beef and Korean traditional seasonings. It will be served with Korean side-dishes including cooked rice.
김치찌개 (Kimchi Stew)
Kimchi stew made by simmering with Kimchi and Korean traditional seasonings. It will be served with Korean side-dishes including cooked rice.
김치 볶음밥 (Kimchi Fried Rice)
Kimchi fried rice, made by stir-frying rice, vegetables, minced beef and chopped kimchi.
해물탕 (Korean Seafood Mix Stew)
Korean-style seafood stew. Made by simmering a variety of fresh Bali seafood like fish kerapu, crab, prawn, squid and vegetables, etc. available in Bali. Served on your own table with cooked rice and Korean accompaniments.
해물 라면 (Seafood Ramen)
Snack ramen noodle, made by boiling ramen with seafoods such as shrimp, scallops etc.

떡국 (Korean Ricecake Soup)
Korean rice-cake soup, prepared by boiling sliced rice cakes with beef, egg, vegetables. Served with seaweed topping.

볶음 밥/국수 (Fried Rice or Noodle)
Nasi Goreng / Mie Goreng. Indonesian-style fried rice. Grilled with a selection of Indonesian ingredients. Served with chips and chicken.

삼계탕 (Ginseng Chicken Soup)
Samgyetang. Korean-Style chicken soup made of Bali local chicken (ayam kampung), rice, galic, jujube, and Ginseng. Only available by reservation.
돈까스 카레 라이스 (Pork Cutlet with Curry and Rice)
Donkas and rice served with stew made of curry powder, chopped meat, and chopped potatoes and carrots
뚝배기 불고기 (Bulgogi Hot Pot)
Stew made with bulgogi (Korean marinated beef) cooked in a hot pot. Served with rice.

양념갈비구이 (GALBI Gui)
Grilled US beef short ribs (also called Korean barbecue) marinated in a sweet and savory Korean-style sauce containing soy sauce, garlic, sugar, black pepper etc. It will be served with Korean side-dishes including vegetables.

갈비살 구이 (GALBISAL GUI)
Grilled US beef rib-eye. This dish is served raw and non-marinated. It will be cooked on your tabletop and served with Korean side-dishes.

불고기 (BULGOGI)
Grilled US sliced beef sirloin marinated in a sweet and savory Korean-style sauce containing soy sauce, garlic, sugar, black pepper etc. It will be served with Korean side-dishes including fresh lettuce leaves.

갈비찜 (Galbi jjim)
Short beef ribs made by braising them with Korean traditional seasonings for hours. It will be served with Korean side-dishes.

삼겹살 구이 (Samgyeopsal Gui)
Sliced pork meat. It will be cooked on your own table or in the kitchen for your convenience. It will be served with Korean accompaniments including fresh lettuce leaves.

수육 보쌈 (Suyuk Bossam)
Soft pork meat made by boiling, draining and slicing. Served with spicy seasoned radish shreds, cabbages and lettuces and a bowl of soybean paste soup

제육 볶음 (Jeyuk Bokkeum)
Sliced pork marinated with red pepper paste sauce (gochujang), onion and ginger. Served by stir-frying with a variety of vegetables including cabbages, carrot, perilla leaves etc. Ingredients may vary upon your request.

오삼불고기 (Osam-Bulgogi)
Grilled mixture of squid, pork belly and Korean seasonings
고추장 주물럭 (Spicy Pork Bulgogi)

간장 주물럭 (Soy-Seasoned Pork Bulgogi)
Grilled pork meat bulgogi. Marinated in a Korean savory soy source. Will be grilled in the kitchen.

탕수육 (Tangsuyuk)
Sweet and sour pork or beef (up to your choice). The meat is breaded and fried, and then topped with a boiled mixture of vinegar, soybean sauce, sugar, vegetables.

잡채 (Japchae)
Boiled glass noodles and stir-fried with beef, carrot, spinach, mushroom, seasoned by soy sauce and sesame oil. Served with soybean paste soup.

오징어 볶음 (Ojingeo Bokkeum)
Squid stir-fried with onions, carrots and cabbages in a spicy mixture of red chili paste(gochu-jang) and red chili powder.

골뱅이 무침 (Golbaengi Muchim)
Spicy Sea Snails Salad, prepared by mixing boiled chewy sea snails with a variety of julienned vegetables and red chili-based seasonings

만두 (Mandu)
Korean dumplings made of thinly-rolled flour dough folded with a filling of ground beef and vegetables. Served by steaming them.

Korean dumplings made of thinly-rolled flour dough folded with a filling of ground beef and vegetables. Served by frying them.

해물파전 (Haemul pajeon)
Vegetable pancake, made by pan-frying in oil a mixture of flour, squid, shrimp, green-onions and vegetables.

김치전 (Kimchijeon)
Korean-style Kimchi pancake, made by pan-frying a mixture of flour, vegetables and chopped kimchi.

고추전 (Kochoojeon)
Korean-style chili pepper pancake, made by pan-frying chili pepper stuffed with marinated and minced beef.

떡볶이 (Tteokbokki)
Boiled rice cake with seasoning, made by boiling rice cake, vegetables and seasonings such as soybean sauce, red pepper paste etc.

달걀찜 (Dalgyal Jjim; Steamed Pot Egg)
Steamed eggs with carrot and green onion. Soft texture of taste.
